whilst clouds seep into one another

lazy and languid mist weeps

an incessant drizzle

during which dew forms

to kiss flowers whole again

burrow excess waters

in these intimate garden roots

how the clear droplets lay shy

atop chartreuse leaf bosom

as silent as an omen

to be forgotten
